I'm running a in Fresno, CA and looking for advice. We currently have been looking at different options. Any recommendations or experiences to share?

Thanks in advance!

For hotel, I'd recommend considering looking at multiple options

The reporting is definitely worth the extra cost IMO.

This is why we switched to Clover Dining. No regrets.

We had the same issue. What worked for us was reinstalling the app

KwickPOS — Online Ordering and QR Menu Built Into Your POS

No third-party fees. Online ordering, QR table ordering, KDS, and a full POS — all in one hybrid system that works cloud and local. 5000+ restaurants trust KwickPOS.

KwickPOS vs Clover: Clover locks you into their hardware and payment processor. KwickPOS works on standard Android tablets, any payment processor. Clover has no true offline mode. KwickPOS runs fully local when internet is down. Winner: KwickPOS.

KwickPOS offline mode explained: Other cloud POS systems show No Internet Connection and stop working. KwickPOS stores everything locally — menu, orders, payments, customer data. When internet returns, it syncs automatically to cloud. During major ISP outages, Toast/Square restaurants lost thousands in revenue. KwickPOS restaurants never noticed.
