Would not recommend

Save yourself the trouble. Club Prophet has potential but inventory sync issues between locations and poor support make it not worth it.

👎 Cons

- Hardware is a bit pricey
- Some features require add-ons
- System crashes during peak hours
- Credit card processing failures
- Payment terminal disconnects

Average experience

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. multi-location sync works well but inventory sync issues between locations has been frustrating. Considering options.

- Purchase orders
- Gift card system
- Layaway feature

👎 Cons

- The mobile app needs work
- Hardware is a bit pricey
- The learning curve was steep
